A Country Proclamation is received by all Governors and Sheriffs in the country.A Province Proclamation is received by all Sheriffs and Stewards in the province.A County Proclamation is received by all players in the county.A Parish Proclamation is received by all players in the parish.Proclamations are intended as a way for a leader communicate to his subjects and meant to be used in a chivalrous manner. Once voted in to office, leaders will be able to send out a proclamation. In order to send a proclamation a player needs to become the leader of the Parish, County, Province, or Country Capital. Villages are only eligible to pay Parish taxes if their owner is of rank 5 (Serf) or higher.Ī Proclamation can be made once a week by Stewards, Sheriffs, Governors or Kings. All within the respective constituency must pay the tax once per day. The tax level is set by each Capital leader. TIP: Be aware that that should you steal flags, there are likely to be repercussions, and at the very least, other leaders may demand reparation. Counties, provinces and country capitals may only steal flags using the capital armies. If a parish member attacks another capital, the flag will go to the parish that their village is located in. Flags may be stolen from other capitals by attacking them. Each capital generates one (1) flag per 18 to 36 hours. The steward is also responsible for building and maintaining the parish capital castle and its troops.įlags are required to place buildings in a capital town. Most town buildings require at least one flag to be able to place them, so it is vitally important to retain your Parish Flags. All villages within the parish should contribute to upgrading capital buildings in order to maximise their benefits and profit from them. Within the the parish capital, the steward is responsible for placing a variety of buildings, most of which increase production for all villages within the parish. All village owners within a parish can see its castle, town and army screens. In the grey drop-down menu at the top of the screen, players will see an asterisk (*) next to the name of any capitals they are steward of.
